about

You are sitting in a room. The room is spacious – after a few feet, the walls fade into the fuzzy edges of your vision. There are sounds everywhere – above you, below you, floating, how close or far you can’t quite tell. A limitless vista spreads out in front of you, stretching to some barely percieved horizon.

The notes you are hearing waver, in a subtle, disorienting way, between solid and liquid. They recall a drop of water disappearing into a clear pool, leaving no trace of its existence, or a fantastic alloy of brittle tin and quick-flowing mercury, vibrating to its own otherworldly energies.

Sitting in the room, you remain still. You do not blink. As though you’re staring into a mirror, after a while it’s impossible to know if what you’re looking at is the most shallow surface or the deepest depth. You hear an echo. You are the echo. You see the void. You are the void.
